End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and EZ AnalytiX and covers your use of the EZ GraphX and EZ OmiX desktop applications (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to it.
License grant
Subject to an active subscription and these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your plan's activation limit, for your own research and professional work.
Activation
The Software requires a one-time online activation with your license key, after which it runs offline. It periodically re-checks your subscription status when online. Reaching your device limit means deactivating a device (in your customer portal) before activating a new one.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, redistribute, resell or sublicense the Software or your license key.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass or tamper with license activation.
- Do not share your license key or use it beyond your activation limit.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. EZ AnalytiX retains all intellectual property rights in it. The Software incorporates third-party open-source components (including R and its packages), which remain under their respective licenses.
Term & termination
This license lasts for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription ends or is cancelled, the license becomes inactive and the Software will lock. This Agreement also terminates if you breach it.
No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Analytical outputs are tools to assist your work; you are responsible for verifying results before relying on or publishing them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ AnalytiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
