EZ AnalytiX ("we", "us") makes offline desktop research software (EZ GraphX and EZ OmiX). This policy explains what we do and do not collect. Questions: help@ezanalytix.com.

Your research data stays on your computer

The apps run entirely on your own machine. Your datasets, files, analyses, figures and results are never transmitted to us, uploaded to any cloud, or shared with any AI service. We have no access to them.

What the apps send

The only data an app sends over the internet is for license activation: your license key and a randomly generated device identifier, sent to our activation endpoint, which relays it to Lemon Squeezy to confirm your subscription. This contains no personal or research data.

Purchases & billing

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. They collect the information needed to process payment and comply with tax law (such as your name, email, billing country and payment details). We receive only limited order information (for example your email, the product, and subscription status) to deliver your license and provide support.

Website

Our website is hosted on Vercel. We keep tracking to a minimum and use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. Server logs may temporarily record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To activate and validate your license and subscription.
• To deliver the software, updates, receipts and support.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the limited personal information we hold by emailing help@ezanalytix.com. Billing details are managed by Lemon Squeezy through your customer portal.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
