These Terms govern your use of the EZ AnalytiX website and the purchase of subscriptions to our software. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to them. Contact: help@ezanalytix.com.

The software

EZ GraphX and EZ OmiX are desktop applications for Windows (a macOS version is planned). Your use of the software itself is governed by our End User License Agreement.

Purchases & Merchant of Record

Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing, applicable taxes (VAT/GST), and is the seller of record for your transaction. Their terms also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions, renewal & cancellation

  • Plans are billed as annual subscriptions that renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime from your customer portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • When a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the corresponding license becomes inactive and the app locks.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its refund policy. If you have an issue, contact us at help@ezanalytix.com and we will do our best to help.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or software, including attempting to bypass license activation, sharing license keys, or interfering with our systems.

Intellectual property

The EZ AnalytiX name, apps, website and content are owned by EZ AnalytiX. The software relies on third-party open-source R packages, each under its own license.

Disclaimer & liability

The software and site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for validating analytical results for your own research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZ AnalytiX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. (Confirm the appropriate jurisdiction with your legal advisor.)

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is dated above.
